I think it is especially appropriate that the white spined book is the illustrated version of Gaiman and Vess’s Stardust. Dream within a dream, no?
Apoplexy

Darra Returns!
So my puppy is home. She looks terrible and walks like she is drunk, but the doctor is very positive and as long as Darra takes her meds, she should be okay. She won’t be fully up to snuff for three months, but she is already much happier.
