One-shot publication seeks short story submissions

Just got this request from an acquaintance I made at a local convention that I thought you writers might want to know about. Just tell ‘em I sent ya.

The small run, one-shot publication “Strange Pulp” is looking for adventure-oriented science fiction/fantasy short stories in the tradition of great sci-fi/fantasy pulps of the ’30s, ’40s and ’50s. All fiction submissions should be less than 5,000 words, must be in Standard Manuscript Format and submitted as a .rtf, .doc or .txt file attached to your email. Include your name and contact information on the manuscript itself and a brief, two- to three-sentence bio in the body of your email message. Submit your work to strangepulppublication@gmail.com with the email subject line in the following format: FICTION SUB:“Your title here” Payment is $50 via PayPal on acceptance. Deadline for fiction submissions is Feb. 24.
