So my puppy is home. She looks terrible and walks like she is drunk, but the doctor is very positive and as long as Darra takes her meds, she should be okay. She won’t be fully up to snuff for three months, but she is already much happier.
Images below the fold. FYI: They are not pretty so weak stomachs should stop reading here (my wife can’t look at her either). For those, here is a cute picture of her, telling you she only puts up with you for the food.

This is what her back looks like. She will get the stitches out in two weeks. (No bath till then. Ewwww.)
We are just so glad she is home.
