Lurker Roll Call

Since this blog has recently moved, and I see that it has gained a lot of new readers, I wanted to provide a place for a roll call.

The idea being: if you subscribe to this blog or an occasional visitor, give us a shout-out in the comments to this post to let us know you are there.

Tell us a little or a lot about yourself and feel free to pimp you own blog, a book you’ve published, or a favorite link. Limit yourself to one link or you might get considered spam.

And while you are here, take a look at the two brand new header banners designed by Shellie at Layers of Thought. (You may have to hit refresh in your browser to see them both.)

Hi there, Jim Haley here. I usually check your blog daily to see what updates you might have. I’ve been reading your blog probably for around a year now. I’m an occasional reviewer for Fantasy & SciFi Lovin’ News & Reviews (http://sqt-fantasy-sci-fi-girl.blogspot.com/) as well as a columnist, reviewer and news director for the Star Wars fansite New Jedi Order Encyclopedia (www.njoe.com).

Hi! Heather J. here. I blog at age30books.blogspot.com and I’m on Twitter as Age30Books. I’ve been following your blog for quite some time … not sure how long. I read you on Google Reader and don’t usually click through but I do pop over occasionally. Currently I’m looking forward to getting my copy of THE GATHERING STORM at Brandon Sanderson’s signing tomorrow. :)

Hi, this is PW from Ubiquitous Absence. I’ve been following along at GftW for a little while now. I receive updates from my blogger dashboard and/or my google reader.

Love the site and great work!

Long time lurker, enjoy reading about all the books I don’t have time to read…
New digs look nice, keep up the excellent work!

I recently won a book on your site. Thanks for that. Now follow you on my blogger dashboard – reader deal. I visit on a regular basis. Started reviewing on my little blog ( jess-vents.blogspot.com ) slow going but making progress. Scott Sigler commented on my post about him and his book Infected that was awesome made me feel all internet popular. lol. Just got my own myspace page he added me on that. Read his books? They are really good.
I love that you read so many great books wish I had the time hence the slow going on reviews on my site. But I guess I can come here and read about them all. Be envious of you. : )

  6. Stefan says:

    Hi,

Stefan here – I’m a reviewer at FanLit and found your blog there, so added it to my reader. I have my own little reading journal (which no one reads), and of course the reviews on http://www.fantasyliterature.com.

  7. writtenwyrdd says:

I have you on google reader and rarely, if ever, have commented. But I duly changed the subscription when you moved to this address. :)

Hi Jon! I won a book on your site too, you’ve gotten me hooked on Chris Evans. I knew you back when you taught Junior High at CCS, you introduced me to Terry Pratchett.

Oh yeah, and I like your reviews, I’ve found all sorts of new authors to read thanks to you.

  11. Very Cool John -
The headers look great I had a blast doing them.
Thanks for the mention here. :)
If any one else needs a new header – get in touch and lets see what I can do?
Will definitely do a trade for books!

James Oliver from Dazed Rambling, a terrible little review blog, and J_Oliver from twitter. Your blog is one of the many I now follow when FeedDemon decides it wants to update.

I don’t comment often, but I’ve been a subscriber for quite a while now. I think I found you shortly before your first reviewer link-up meme went live, and I’ve been reading Grasping for the Wind ever since. I blog about books at Stella Matutina.

We are here, we are here, we are here!

I’ll admit I’ve been following via RSS feed but have never commented, but I’m answering the call.

And my blog, MWB’s World, is just a show of my love for SF, comics, cheesy Sci Fi, Monster movies, and anything else that comes to mind – or proof of my growing dementia…
