If you do not object to speculative fiction with an intentional Christian/family friendly bent, then you might like to check out Digital Dragon Magazine. Janet of The Walrus Said pointed this out to me.

Digital Dragon Magazine is the brainchild of T.W. Ambrose, built around the desire for more venues for family-friendly and faith-based fantasy and speculative fiction. Though the magazine is built around the Christian faith of the founder and staff, it is our sincere desire to provide well-written and entertaining stories, whether or not they are specifically “Christian” in nature. We like the kind of stories you can share with you family, friends, and neighbors and hope you do, too.
The magazine is available in html format only at the website. If you are a writer, you should know that this is not a paying market.
