Dear Grasping for the Wind readers,
You all are the best. Whether you are a new reader or someone who has been following me for a long time, I thank you all for your support and continued readership. You make all the time and effort spent on this blog worthwhile.
I wanted to take this opportunity to announce my recent partnership with Fantasy Literature.net, a true website plus blog that has “novel synopses, cover art, and our reviews of hundreds of authors who write in all sub-genres of fantasy literature (epic, high, low, urban, noir, dark, sword & sorcery, paranormal, romantic, historical, humorous). We are constantly adding new authors and fantasy book reviews. Life’s too short to read bad books!”
As part of my agreement with them, some of my older reviews from several years ago are reappearing there. So far, 20 of them have been added to the site, with several more to go, as well as a few appearing at the blog.
Many of my current reviews, after a suitable period of time, will be making an appearance there as well.
All that to say, you ought got check out Fantasy Literature.net, because besides me as a guest reviewer, they also have Tia Nevitt of Fantasy Debut and Robert Thompson, formerly of Fantasy Book Critic. Beyond that, they have their own in house set of reviewers who are top notch.
This is one of those places on the internet that Patrick Neilsen Hayden would call a “destination” (Where do you go with 40k Readers?) on the internet, and beyond my own self-serving interest, I think you should check out Fantasy Literature.net.
Thank you for your continued readership and I hope you find time to mosey on over to my new partner.
Best,
John Ottinger III

Congratulations! I discovered Fantasy Literature.net recently.
I added the site immediately to my google reader because I appreciate this great source.
Hey, thanks, John!
I’d like to add two things:
1. We’re really picky about our reviewers and we voted to invite John, Tia, and Robert because we so highly respect their opinions. We’re thrilled to be able to include their excellent reviews and hope they’ll help our readers make decisions about what to read and what to avoid.
2. The specific link for John’s list of reviews is:

We’ll be putting up more of John’s fantasy reviews soon!
Nice, always happy for more places to while away my time.
I was also honored when Kat asked me to join their site, an offer that I may yet take them up upon. In the meantime, Kat has been reposting a selection of my older reviews as well.
Hi,
I would like to invite you to read my new fantasy novel, “Gateway to DreamWorld.” It has received rave reviews and has a shot at becoming a movie.
