According to MSNBC and the Financial Times, the UN has commissioned Marvel comics to create a comic that teams up the United Nations and some of Marvel’s best known superheroes to fight along with UN peacekeepers in a fictional war-torn country. The first 1 million copies will be distributed free to US schoolchildren. It doesn’t say which characters other than Spider-Man will be included but one can hope that Captain America gets to help too.
